First writing (math marks) was to further the society (taxes and beer). Rhetoric was created to speak publicly. 3 types-logos, pathos, ethos Activity: Police Reports. Explain that reports need to be detailed, accurate, and in chronological order. Poor example, Pair/Share, video, rewrite, share. What type of rhetoric? Logos Lecture: Examples of other rhetoric. Activity: Using the rhetoric triangle, create two story boards that show pathos and ethos.
